  • Maddie helped us with the crib to toddler bed transition for our 2.5 year old when she learned how to climb out of her crib. We chose the deluxe sleep support package and took advantage of the full 60 minute phone consultation. Maddie was incredibly patient in answering all our questions and talking us through the sleep plan that she developed and sent us prior to our call. We felt like Maddie really wanted to help us help our toddler with her calm and caring demeanor. With Maddie's guidance, our toddler successfully transitioned to her toddler bed and within 3 nights we were back to sleeping through the night! We are so thankful that we decided to seek Maddie's services and highly recommend her to all parents!

  • Maddie's approach is just what we needed. She was supportive and helpful; giving us advice to tackle our newborn's sleep issues in a way that just felt right for our family. She listened to my worries and guided us to find a solution that was sustainable to our family.

  • After several big changes, my toddler stopped sleeping through the night and was up crying for hours each evening. This was really difficult on my husband and I as we had a newborn baby. We reached out to Maddie for help and within two weeks, the techniques she coached us through had my toddler back to sleeping through the night again. We are forever grateful to Maddie and would recommend her sleep services to any and all parents struggling with their children’s sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sleep training is an umbrella term for a variety of interventions that help children be more independent with sleep, in order to increase sleep quality and quantity for the whole family. Sleep training incorporates routines, methods, timing, and environment.

  • Methods are highly dependable upon family situations and the temperament of the child. While CIO (cry it out) method is a valid method and is NOT harmful, I personally implement gradual and response methods with all of my families.

  • I don't know how else to say this, but EVERYTHING. We go deep in this process! Sleep training really is so much more than just getting your child to sleep. It's a process we will break barriers with, and you will gain the utmost confidence as a parent. I swear, towards the end, parents are telling ME how they should respond. It's insane the switch that happens once parents get that consolidated sleep. It's okay that you want to get sleep for your whole family. It's extremely valid. And I will make sure of that.
