I don't know how else to say this, but EVERYTHING. We go deep in this process! Sleep training really is so much more than just getting your child to sleep. It's a process we will break barriers with, and you will gain the utmost confidence as a parent. I swear, towards the end, parents are telling ME how they should respond. It's insane the switch that happens once parents get that consolidated sleep. It's okay that you want to get sleep for your whole family. It's extremely valid. And I will make sure of that.
